Micromedic Aps is a newly established sister company of Micromedic AB, which was founded in January 2014. Micromedic AB started as the exclusive distributor of Leica Microsystems products in Sweden. Since then, together with our parent company Ortomedic AS, we’ve expanded and broadened our product portfolio to include other leading global manufacturers, such as Eppendorf. This has lead to further expansions in the Nordics, where we have established the companies Micromedic OY in Finland and Micromedic Aps in Denmark.

Our dedicated team continues to grow, bringing in new expertise to support our expanding range of high-quality products and solutions.

    • Micromedic Aps shall work systematically with sustainability throughout the entire value chain and place importance on open and honest communication regarding themes such as the environment, human rights, decent working conditions, and social responsibility.

    • Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines what we expect from our suppliers, while the guidelines for ethical trade within Micromedic describe the requirements we set for our own operations.

    • Micromedic shall carry out due diligence for sustainable business practices. This means conducting internal assessments of risks related to negative impacts on people, society, and the environment, as well as stopping, preventing, and reducing such impacts. These measures are monitored, their effectiveness is evaluated, and the results are communicated to relevant stakeholders. If our activities cause or contribute to negative impacts on people, society, or the environment, we will cease the activity and attempt to remedy the harm. If the supplier is responsible for the negative impact/damage, the supplier is also responsible for rectifying it.
